    Effect of current intensity on separation efficiency of magnetic Tube

    • 摘要: 磁选管被广泛应用于煤炭、有色金属、稀有金属和非金属等行业,为了能使磁选管具有普遍的适用性,需要对影响其分离效率的因素进行探究。文章分析了影响磁选管分离效率的因素,着重探讨了电流强度对分离效率的影响,通过对颗粒在磁选管中所受磁力进行计算分析,推导出磁力与磁感应强度及其梯度的乘积成正比,并通过ANSYS模拟加以验证。

       

      Abstract: Magnetic tube is widely used in coal, non-ferrous metal, rare metal and nonmetal industries. In order to enable it to be specifically suited to the application in different sectors, it is required to explore the factors affecting the operating efficiency of the tube. The analysis of such factors is made with the focus on the effect of current intensity. Through calculation and analysis of the magnetic force to which particles are subjected in the magnetic separation tube, it is derived that the magnetic force is directly proportional to the product of magnetic induction intensity and its gradient, and the derived result is verified by ANSYS simulation.
