    基于Workbench的BVB4361香蕉筛动态特性研究

    Workbench-based analysis of dynamic characteristics of BVB4361 banana screen

    • 摘要: 为了优化BVB4361香蕉筛的结构,在对筛机结构特点分析的基础上,采用Workbench对其动态特性进行研究。研究结果表明:该筛机工作频率15.50 Hz附近存在13.21 Hz和15.81 Hz两阶弹性模态,这两个工作频率下的动应力数值及其分布均能满足工况要求;筛机工作频率为15.50 Hz时,位移响应和应力响应均能满足筛机对刚度和强度的要求,筛机各项性能指标均能达到相关技术标准的要求。

       

      Abstract: In order to further optimize the structure of the BVB4361 banana screen, a study is conducted on the dynamic characteristics of the screen based on the result of analysis of the screen′s structural features, using Workbench finite element analysis software. Result of modal analysis indicates that: around the working frequency of 15.50 Hz of the screen, there exist two elastic modals-13.21 Hz and 15.81 Hz, and in either case, the magnitude and distribution of the dynamic stress of the screen can well meet the required working condition; at a working frequency of 15.50 Hz, the displacement response and stress response exert no adverse effect on the rigidity and strength of the screen; and the screen can work smoothly with various working indices well up to the designed technical criteria.
