    高剪切调浆对煤泥浮选效果的影响研究

    Study on effect of high-shear pulp conditioning on fine coal flotation performance

    • 摘要: 为了提高煤泥浮选效果,以蒲县能源有限公司选煤厂的浮选入料为研究对象,采用高剪切调浆技术对其表面进行改质处理,然后进行煤泥浮选试验。试验结果表明:当要求精煤灰分为10%时,与常规浮选的浮选指标相比,在调浆转速为2 000 r/min、调浆时间为2 min的条件下,精煤产率增加约8个百分点,精煤可燃体回收率提高7个百分点,柴油用量节省45个百分点,煤泥浮选效果良好。

       

      Abstract: For improving fine coal flotation performance, flotation test is made with the flotation feed of Puxian Energy Company′s Coal Preparation Plant after it goes through surface modification treatment using high-shear conditioning technology. Test result shows that flotation process is superior to conventional process in performance. At a desired ash of flotation concentrate of 10%, a pulp conditioning speed of 2 000 r/min and a conditioning time of 2 min, the yield of concentrate and recovery of combustible matters are seen to increase by about 8 percentage points and 7 percentage points, respectively, with a reduction of diesel consumption by 45 percentage points.
