    旋风除尘器内部流场的数值模拟研究

    Study on numerical simulation of internal flow field of cyclone dust collector

    • 摘要: 为了深入研究FXX型旋风除尘器的分离机理, 以便为优化设备的工艺参数和工作性能作理论指导 ,借助ANSYS软件中的FLUENT模块,采用viscous模型中的K-epsilon模型,对FXX18旋风除尘器内部流场进行数值模拟分析,分析了其内部流场的切向、径向、轴向速度分布情况。分析结果表明:内部流场具有一定的轴对称性,压力损失随着入口流速的增加急剧提高。

       

      Abstract: In order to probe into the separation mechanism of the FXX cyclone dust collector for providing a theoretical guidance for optimizing its process parameters and hence working performance, an analysis is made of the tangential, radial and axial velocity distribution patterns of the FXX 18cyclone dust collector′s internal flow field, through numerical simulation using the FLUENT module of ANSYS software and the K-epsilon model in viscous model. Result of analysis shows that its internal flow field exhibits more or less an axial symmetry, and the pressure loss tends to increase sharply with the increase of inlet velocity.
