Abstract: Because of the diversity of drive modes of sizing crushers, the users often get puzzled in making selection. Following an introduction to the working principles of V-belt-driven and geared-driven sizing crushers and an analysis of their technical features, a comparison is made of the advantages and disadvantages of the 2 kinds of crushers. Comparison shows that each has its own special merits and shortcomings, and the selection should be made according to specific working conditions.
