    Optimum design and application of the XJN-14 mechanically-agitated flotation machine

    • 摘要: 为了解决XJN-14型机械搅拌式浮选机老化及由此引发的一系列问题,根据现场生产需要,在对其设计优化的基础上,制造出新型机械搅拌式浮选机,并在现场投入使用。生产实践表明:新型机械搅拌式浮选机运行后,在煤泥性质相同且浮选精煤灰分满足要求的条件下,浮选尾煤灰分由60%提高到65%以上,浮选精煤产率提高3.20个百分点,总精煤产率提高0.80个百分点,完全满足现场生产需要。

       

      Abstract: Because of ageing of the XJN-14 flotation machine, a series of problems arise in its operation. To address these problems, a novel-type mechanically-agitated flotation machine is developed through optimum design according to requirements of the plant. Practical application of the machine shows that the machine can fully meet the production requirement. Under the conditions of treating a feed of the same property and maintaining the required ash of concentrate, there can be seen an increase of ash of tailings from 60% to over 65%, a rise of concentrate yield by 3.20 percentage points and an increase of yield of total clean coal product by 0.80 percentage point.
