    选煤三率创效管理实践

    Reduction of coal loss in refuse and increase of yield of flotation concentrate and organic efficiency through intensified control and effective management of coal washing processes

    • 摘要: 为提高选煤系统运行效率,实现选煤效益最大化,高庄选煤厂利用精细化管理树状图,对选煤管理各环节进行系统梳理,从硬件设备运行效果和软件配套管理体系两个方面管控,包含浅槽排矸系统管控、重介生产管控、煤质检验、指标考核等十大重点环节,进行针对性地研究,使每个生产环节都处于可控状态,并形成有效合力,降低中矸带煤率,提高浮选精煤产率和数量效率,创造了较好的经济和社会效益。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve coal washing efficiency for maximizing economic performance, a systematic survey is made by Gaozhuang Coal Washery of various aspects of the plant′s management system on the basis of the tree—structured fine-management network for effecting improved control and management of 2 major aspects-equipment operation efficiency and associated management system. Targeted study is specifically made on 10 key links for improvement of control and management of shallow-bath heavy-medium deshaling system, and primary heavy medium cyclone separation system, as well as coal quality inspection and checking of product indices. It is aimed to enable all process links to operate under control and make shared contributions to the reduction of the rate of loss of coal in refuse, as well as increase of yield of flotation concentrate and organic efficiency in coal washing operation, so as to yield a favorable socio-economical result.
