Abstract: In order to bring all the essential components of product cost under effective control, upgrade economic operation, enhance fine management level, tap potentials with concerted efforts under unfavorable coal marketing conditions, cut down production cost and improve production efficiency, targeted cost management activities are carried out throughout all production processes and in all aspects. It is aimed to addressing the major problems and weak links by pooling the efforts of all staff member, with optimization of comprehensive management of enterprise as the means.
