    低热值煤再回收工艺的创新研究与应用

    Study and application of the innovative low-calorific value coal recovery process

    • 摘要: 针对矸石带煤率高、中煤发热量不能满足电厂要求的问题,山东新阳能源有限公司选煤厂通过对矸石进行分析化验,发现碎矸发热量较高,提出一种可以将矸石中低热值煤再回收利用的工艺,将分级后< 6 mm粒级的矸石合理掺配进入中煤产品。生产实践表明,该工艺保证了中煤发热量要求,提高了经济收入;降低了矸石带煤率,减少了资源损失。

       

      Abstract: In view of the high loss of coal in refuse and incapability of middlings product to meet the requirement of power plant in calorific value, an innovative process for the recovery of low-calorific value coal from refuse is proposed by the Coal Preparation Plant under Shandong Xinyang Energy Co. Ltd., based on analysis of refuse property and the fact that the fragmented refuse has a rather high calorific value. By applying this process, the < 6 mm sized refuse can be blended with middlings product in a rational proportion. Practice shows that the use of the process can guarantee that the middling product has the required calorific value and lead to increase of economic revenues, reduction of loss of coal in refuse and loss of resources.
