    肖家洼煤矿选煤厂煤泥水处理系统的改造实践

    Renovation of the coal slurry water treatment system at Xiaojiawa Mine Coal washery

    • 摘要: 为了解决煤泥水系统生产中存在的问题,从原煤特性、煤泥水系统处理能力等方面进行分析,肖家洼煤矿选煤厂对煤泥水处理系统进行了工艺优化和系统改造。生产实践表明,改造后提高了粗煤泥处理能力和筛网沉降离心机的利用率,发挥了各种煤泥处理设备的自身优势;同时增加了煤泥水处理系统的处理能力,降低了循环水溢流浓度,减少了压滤煤泥数量,降低了产品煤水分。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems in the operation of the coal slurry water treatment system, work is made on renovation and optimization of the system based on result of analysis of raw coal property and the system′s treating capacity. Practice shows through renovation, the capacity of the system and the rate of utilization of screenbowl centrifuge are greatly increased, and the advantages of all process equipment can be brought into fully play. In addition to the increase of treating capacity, the concentration of circulating water, workload of filter press and product moisture are all greatly reduced.
