    A new high-efficiency dewatering process for use in association with Teetered-bed separator

    • 摘要: 为了解决粗煤泥预脱水和隔粗环节工艺系统复杂,运营成本高,“跑粗”严重,产品水分不稳定等问题,东曲选煤厂结合自身分选工艺特点,采用电磁式高频振动筛处理TBS溢流,筛上物料直接进入煤泥离心脱水机脱水的新工艺,简化了TBS配套脱水系统的工艺,降低了系统的设备量及投资量,工艺和经济效果显著。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems concerning the complexity of coarse slime predewatering and separation process, high operating cost, presence of excessive amount of coarser particles in screen underflow, and instability of product moisture, a new dewatering process is proposed for use in association with TBS, according to the features of the technological coal cleaning processes currently applied by the plant. In the new process, the overflow of TBS is treated by electromagnetic high-frequency vibrating screen, and the overflow of the latter goes directly into dewatering centrifuge. A favorable techno-economical result has been yielded through the use of the process because of simplification of dewatering process and reduction of number of equipment for use and hence, capital cost.
