    金阳选煤厂浮选系统优化实践

    Optimization of the flotation system at Jinyang Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决金阳选煤厂浮选系统运行效果差的问题,在对工艺流程、入料浓度、药剂制度等影响因素分析的基础上,采取了优化工艺流程,控制浮选入料浓度,调整浮选药剂制度的优化措施, 提升了浮选系统的分选效果。通过对浮选系统的优化,使浮选精煤灰分的稳定性有了明显提高,浮选精煤产率提高了7.23个百分点,干煤泥药剂消耗量减少了0.73 kg/t。

       

      Abstract: In order to tackle the problem relating to the poor performance of the plant′s flotation system, a series of optimization measures are adopted based on analysis of the influential factors like technological process, feed concentration and reagent regime. Practice shows the optimization work has led to noticeably higher stability of concentrate ash, increase of yield of flotation concentrate by 7.23 percentage points and a reduction of total agent consumption by 0.73 kg/t (dry coal).
