    Structural optimization and application of ABS series banana screens

    • 摘要: 针对王家岭选煤厂ABS系列香蕉筛的筛板与轨座连接不合理的问题,在对该系列香蕉筛基本情况分析的基础上,结合实际情况提出优化方案。生产实践表明:与之前的生产指标相比,在对ABS系列香蕉筛结构优化后的2017年3月—2018年2月,全年因筛板脱落造成的生产系统停运次数仅为1次,停运时间仅为0.50 h,筛板的月均更换数量减少69块,且轨座基本不需更换。

       

      Abstract: The problem with all the ABS series banana screens used at Wangjialing Coal Preparation Plant is that the connections of screen plates with their rail seats are irrational in design. To address this issue, an optimization scheme is proposed, following an analysis of the basic situation of the series screens, and in line with the specific site conditions. After the use of the structurally optimized screens during the period from March 2017 to February 2018, the shutdown of production system caused by falling off of screen plates only happened once, which lasted only 0.50 h, and the average monthly number of screen plates replaced is reduced by 69 with basically no need to replace any rail seat.
