    Renovation of the raw coal pretreatment system of Dongtan Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了解决东滩煤矿选煤厂超粒物料影响重介系统分选效果的问题,在对生产系统存在问题分析的基础上,对原煤准备系统进行改造。生产实践表明:在对原煤准备系统改造后,原煤中存在超粒的问题得到彻底解决,生产系统的可靠性提高,节省了大量人工成本,降低了生产管理难度,并产生了可观的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: The heavy-medium separation system of Dongtan Mine Coal Preparation Plant is adversely affected by the presence of oversized particles in its raw coal feed. To cope with this problem, work is made on renovation of the raw coal pretreatment system based on an analysis of the problem encountered in operation. Practice shows that the renovation has led to thorough elimination of oversized particles in raw coal feed, increased reliability of operation of system, dramatic cut-down of labor cost, less difficulty in operation management, and substantially improved economic result.
