摘要: 为了实现淮矿西部公司煤炭产品库存盘点的有效管理，制定了库存盘点程序和要求，确定了煤炭运销损耗率，论述了淮矿西部公司的煤炭产品库存盘点实践，并对库存盘点中的注意事项进行了分析。

Abstract: For realizing effective stock-taking management of coal products of the company, the procedures and requirements in management of coal products kept in stock, and the criteria for determining the rates of loss in different shipment and marketing modes are defined. Following a description of the management mode in practice by the company, the points demanding attention are analyzed.
