    易泥化难沉降煤泥水处理的研究与实践

    Study on treatment of degradation-prone hard-to-settle coal slurry water

    • 摘要: 为解决新桥选煤厂入选煤质变化较大、煤泥水系统持续恶化,直接影响到选煤生产的问题,开展入浮煤质、浮选药剂、絮凝沉降等方面试验分析,调整生产组织,进行煤泥减量生产;改变浮选药剂配比,进行低浓度高效浮选;优化絮凝剂添加种类、方式和数量,使得煤泥水快速沉降,最终达到煤泥水系统各项指标彻底好转。

       

      Abstract: The coal washing operation of Xinqiao Coal Preparation Plant is directly affected by the continuous worsening of the performance of its slurry water treatment system due to wide variation of the property of the plant′s raw coal feed. To reverse this situation, apart from making study and analysis on flotation feed property and reagent, as well as promotion of slurry settlement through the use of flocculant, the following measures are adopted: adjustment of production organization; less generation of fine coal in coal washing process; change of proportioning of reagents; realization of low-density high-efficiency flotation; and optimization of types of flocculating agents and their adding mode and amount, for realizing rapid settling of slurry. Through the improvements made, the slurry water treatment system is now working well in performance in various aspects.
