    绿水洞煤矿选煤厂粗煤泥回收系统改造实践

    Renovation of the coarse slime recovery system of Lyushuidong Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了解决绿水洞煤矿选煤厂煤泥水处理系统不能满足生产需要的问题,提出两种粗煤泥回收系统改造方案,在对两者对比分析的基础上确定最佳改造方案,并对最佳改造方案所需设备进行选型。生产实践表明:在对粗煤泥回收系统改造后,煤泥水处理系统得到简化,能够保证粗煤泥的有效回收;在原煤处理量多11 565 t的情况下,快开压滤机少运行291次,回收的粗煤泥量达3 492 t,粗煤泥回收比例达到17.72%。

       

      Abstract: In view of the incapability of the slurry water treatment system of the coal preparation plant to meet the needs of production, two alternative schemes for renovation of the coarse slime recovery system are proposed. The most optimum scheme is finally selected based on comparative analysis, and selection is also made of the appropriate equipment for use in the renovated system. Pratice shows that the renovation has led to simplification of coal slurry water treatment system and effective recovery of coarse slime. When used for treating a feed volume 11, 565 tons more than that before renovation, the quick-open filter press can operate with 291 less cycles. Yet the coarse slime recovered in this case amounts to 3 492 tons with a recovery ratio of 17.72%.
