    燕家河选煤厂低阶煤煤泥浮选现状与技术探索

    Present technical status and study of low-rank coal flotation process applied at Yanjiahe Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 由于低阶煤煤质的特殊性,低阶煤煤泥难以实现有效利用。浮选是实现煤泥有效分选的重要方法,目前国内低阶煤煤泥浮选的工业案例较少,其中燕家河选煤厂的低阶煤煤泥浮选效果显著。在对低阶煤煤泥难浮机理研究的基础上,分析了燕家河选煤厂低阶煤煤泥浮选现状,并就其实现成功浮选的技术进行探索。

       

      Abstract: It is hard for low-rank coal to be effectively utilized for its peculiar property in nature. Flotation is a key method for effective separation of fine coal, yet the cases of industrial application of this process to treat low-rank coal are limited. At Yanjiahe Coal Preparation Plant, the use of flotation process for treating such coal has, however, yielded a remarked result. Based on the study on the hard-to-float mechanism of low-rank coal, an analysis is made of the flotation technology currently applied at the plant and the factors leading to its successful application for treating low-rank coal.
