    选煤厂块煤防破碎技术探索

    Study of the technology for avoiding breaking of coarse coal at coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 为了解决选煤厂块煤产率低的问题,分析了选煤厂选、储、装、运全过程的各个环节对块煤产率的影响,在对块煤防破碎原理论述的基础上,探索了目前的块煤防破碎技术。从块煤防破碎原理来看,目前采用四种方法来提高块煤产率,基于这些理论的设备、设施在实际使用中取得了较好效果。

       

      Abstract: The problem facing coal Preparation plant is the low rate of yield of coarse clean coal product. To overcome this problem, following an analysis of the impact on rate of yield of coarse coal product exerted by each link of coal preparation-storage-loading-handling processes, and the principle of different anti-breaking technologies, a study is made of the anti-breaking technologies currently available. 4 different methods are applicable as viewed from the point of anti-breaking principle. Through the use of the equipment and facilities where the anti-breaking technology is applied, a remarked result has been obtained.
