    跳汰工艺在转龙湾选煤厂的应用

    Application of jigging separation process at Zhuanlongwan Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 在跳汰工艺逐渐被重介工艺所取代的背景下,转龙湾选煤厂采用跳汰工艺分选,并对选煤厂近三年各系统的运行效果进行分析。生产实践表明:采用跳汰工艺后选煤厂运行良好,不仅在煤质较好时完全可以满足选煤厂的生产要求,而且对矿井过断层时泥化严重的高灰原煤也可实现稳定生产,对高灰原煤的处理效果优于重介工艺。跳汰工艺在大型动力煤选煤厂也能实现稳定运行,具有良好的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: Despite the fact that jigging process is gradually replaced by heavy medium separation process, Zhuanlongwan Coal Preparation Plant still adopts jigging process. According to analysis of the performance of each operation system in the past 3 years, the jigging process works remarkably well when used for treating high-grade raw coal and even the degradation-prone high-ash raw coal produced during the period when working face passed across fault. For treating high-ash raw coal, an effect better than heavy medium separation process can be expected. Application of jigging process at large-sized power coal cleaning Plant can also poerate reliable with favorable economic result.
