    MATLAB在酸刺沟选煤厂带式输送机保护中的应用

    Application of MATLAB for protection of belt conveyor at Suancigou Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了解决选煤厂带式输送机撕裂保护在纵撕检测上的缺陷,提出采用机器视觉检测的方式进行监测,通过MATLAB的图像分析功能开发出带式输送机在线监测软件,代替传统的接近开关式保护和工人肉眼观测。结果表明,机器视觉检测的方式更加精确和及时,也是未来智能化选煤厂的发展趋势。

       

      Abstract: In order to overcome the shortcomings of the method currently applied in coal preparation plant for protection of longitudinal ripping of conveyor belt, it is proposed to use the machine vision monitoring mode, and an on-line monitoring software is developed based on the MATLAB image analysis function. The monitoring mode can be used in place of conventional belt ripping protection method featuring the use of proximity switch or observation with naked eye. Practice shows the machine vision monitoring mode can provide more accurate and timely belt ripping protection. Application of this mode is also the developing trend of intelligent coal preparation plant.
