    煤泥水磁性物含量在线监测仪在常村煤矿选煤厂的应用

    Application of the online monitor for detecting content of magnetic matters of coal slurry water at Changcun Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了避免常村煤矿选煤厂浓缩池的耙阻过大甚至压耙的问题,采用煤泥水磁性物含量在线监测仪监测煤泥水内的磁性物含量。生产实践表明:该仪器能够实现煤泥水内磁性物含量的在线监测,且测量精度较高,控制系统稳定性较高,可以满足现场生产需要。

       

      Abstract: For preventing the rake mechanism in rake thickener from running with excessive resistance or even getting stuck up, an online monitor for detecting the content of magnetic matters of coal slurry water is used. As evidenced by field application, the monitor can operate with high accuracy and a highly reliable control system, well meeting the production requirement.
