    浮选自动加药控制系统在常村煤矿选煤厂的应用

    Application of flotation reagent automatic dosing system at Changcun Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决浮选系统存在入料浓度和矿浆流量难以实时掌控, 工艺参数调节滞后性严重, 浮选精煤产率低, 灰分不稳定, 药剂计量不准确, 浮选岗位工劳动强度大等问题,常村煤矿选煤厂增设浮选自动加药控制系统,使得浮选系统关键数据信息化、透明化,减轻选煤厂浮选操作人员劳动强度的同时又使其及时掌握浮选系统的运转情况。由系统投入运行前后的数据对比可知:可提高精煤产率2个百分点,降低药剂消耗10个百分点,获得了较高的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: The problems encountered in operation of the plant′s flotation system are difficulties to make real-time control of pulp density and feed rate, delayed adjustment of flotation process, low yield and unstable ash of flotation concentrate, inaccurate dosing of agent, and high labor intensity of operators. As a countermeasure, an automatic agent dosing system is added, so as to make the crucial data of the flotation system more informationized and transparent, and enable the operators to work with less workload and get timely informed of the situation of the flotation process. As indicated by the comparison of data recorded before and after the use of the automatic agent dosing system, the yield of concentrate is increased by 2 percentage points with a reduction of agent consumption by 10 percentage points, bringing about a favorable economic benefit for the plant.
