    ZGM16组合式分离器动静叶片对均匀性指数影响的数值模拟

    Numerical simulation of the influence on uniformity index of pulverized coal exerted by the rotor-stator combination of the ZGM16 modular-type classifier

    • 摘要: 为考察组合式分离器动静叶片对均匀性指数的影响,基于ZGM16型半工业中速磨煤机建立整机模拟模型,用Richardson外推法对网格无关性进行评估,并运用Fluent软件包中的RNG k-ε模型和DPM模型,采用均匀实验法对磨机中颗粒运动行为进行了模拟,分析了静叶片角度、动转子转速及其交互作用对均匀性指数的影响。结果表明:在1 600万网格密度下,模拟结果较为准确;动转子转速和静叶片角度对均匀性指数的影响可用二元二次非线性模型进行拟合,拟合精度较高,相关性显著;动静叶片的交互作用对均匀性指数影响显著。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the effect on uniformity index of pulverized coal produced by the rotor and stator blades of the modular dynamic classifier, an overall analog modeling is made of the ZGM16 pilot-scale mill, and the evaluation of mesh independence is made using Richardson extrapolation method. The behavior of motion of particles in the mill is simulated using the RNG k-ε and DPM models in Fluent software and through uniform test. Finally, the 3D response surfaces between uniformity index and deflector baffle and rotor are plotted. As indicated by result of simulation, at a mesh density of 16 million, a relatively more accurate simulation result can be expected; the influence of rotor speed and baffle angle on uniformity index of pulverized coal can be fitted using binary quadratic linear model with a far higher fitting accuracy and significantly improved dependency; and the interaction between rotor and stator blades can exert a significant impact on uniformity index.
