    改革开放以来我国振动筛分设备的发展

    Development of the domestic vibrating screening equipment since the inception of reform and opening up

    • 摘要: 振动筛是煤炭洗选高效利用的关键设备,改革开放以前,国产振动筛筛分效率低,可靠性差,随着不断引进国外先进设备和深入研究筛分技术,国产振动筛不断完善。为了说明自改革开放以来我国振动筛的创新发展,以等厚筛、反共振振动筛、弛张筛等先进筛机为例,从筛分理论、振动理论和筛机结构三个方面介绍了主要的新式设备及其工作原理。此外,根据目前的工业形势和国家政策,从优化设计、环保节能、智能化、标准化等几个角度讨论了振动筛的发展方向。

       

      Abstract: Vibrating screen is key equipment for cleaning and high-efficiency utilization of coal. Before the launch of the reform and opening up drive, the domestic vibrating screens were generally low in efficiency and reliability. With the introduction of advanced overseas equipment and in-depth study of screening technology, such screens have been incessantly improved. In order to show the innovative development of China′s vibrating screens that has been made over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, an introduction is made in the paper to the major new screens developed and their working principle from 3 aspects, i. e. screening theory, vibration theory and structural design, by citing the advanced banana screen, anti-resonance screen and flip-flop screen as examples. Furthermore, in line with the current industrial situation and national policies, the orientation in which the development of vibrating screens should be directed is elaborated from several perspectives including optimum design, environmental protection, energy conservation, intelligentization and standardization.
