    A general overview of the course of development of raw coal preliminary dirt removal technology and equipment

    • 摘要: 论述了原煤预排矸技术与装备的发展历程,采用辩证的方法论述了不同选煤技术发展阶段原煤预排矸技术与装备的作用,提出用发展的眼光辩证地看待原煤预排矸设备的应用,并从现阶段应用较多的动筛跳汰机、浅槽重介分选机、TDS智能干选机的发展历程进行分析,研究表明每种设备都经历了几十年的研发,在“理论+实践”的周期中反复考验,每一个阶段关键技术的突破都会使设备性能得到质的飞跃,从而得到更成熟广泛的应用。

       

      Abstract: The paper presents an overview of the course of development of raw coal preliminary dirt removal technology and equipment, and an exposition from the dialectical point of view of the roles played by the said technology and equipment during the different stages of development of coal preparation technology. It is proposed to view the application of dirt removal equipment dialectically from development perspective. Analysis of the course of development of the currently widely-used movable-bed jig, shallow-bath heavy medium separator and TDS intelligent dry cleaning machine demonstrates that all the equipment have evolved through undergoing several decades of research and development work, and experienced repeated trials cyclically both in theory and practice; and the breakthrough in crucial technology in each stage helps enable the equipment to make qualitative development by leaps and bounds, facilitating, as a result, their application in more mature and expanded manner.
