    采用干法分选技术对宁东矿区动力煤选煤厂分选工艺进行优化改造的探讨

    Study on upgrading and optimization of the coal cleaning system of the power coal plant in Ningdong Mining Area with the use of dry cleaning technology

    • 摘要: 分析了宁东矿区煤质特点及采用湿法分选的弊端,阐述了干法分选技术特点及其对易泥化煤分选的适用性。以宁东矿区一座有代表性的选煤厂分选工艺为例,通过模拟计算以及半工业性试验,分析探讨了采用干法分选技术对该厂分选工艺进行优化改造的可行性,提出了一种干湿结合分选工艺,为宁东矿区及其他地区低阶煤、易泥化煤选煤厂的工艺改造和升级提供了方法和途径。

       

      Abstract: The paper presents an analysis of the property of the raw coal produced in Ningdong Mining Area, the drawbacks of the wet cleaning method for treating such coal, the technical features of the dry method and its adaptability to the feed which is liable to undergo degradation in water. The feasibility of renovating and optimizing the existing cleaning system using dry method is explored through analog computation and pilot-scale test. A wet-dry integrated cleaning process is finally proposed, providing an approach for upgrading the process for treating the low-rank or degradation-prone coal produced in Ningdong and other areas.
