    我国动力煤分选工艺现状及发展趋势

    Present status and developing trend of China′s power coal cleaning technology

    • 摘要: 介绍了我国动力煤传统分选工艺的特点,分析了近些年广泛应用的干法深度筛选、TDS智能干选等新分选工艺的技术特点。根据动力煤分选工艺发展路径,阐述了该分选工艺的发展趋势,提出了工艺设计应遵循实现综合效益最大化、产品质量控制可靠化、运行成本最低化的基本原则。

       

      Abstract: Following an introduction to the characteristics of traditional power coal cleaning processes applied in China, an analysis is made of the technical features of the new technologies that have been in widespread use in recent years, such as the dry deep screening and TDS intelligent dry cleaning processes. Finally, it is proposed that realization of maximized overall economic benefits, reliable control of product quality and minimized operating cost is the basic principle that needs to be followed in process design.
