    Thoughts on and practice of the approaches for optimization of the production systems at Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为进一步提高洗选效率,降低生产成本,临涣选煤厂对原煤准备、重介、浮选、压滤、煤泥水系统、信息网络等生产工艺环节中存在的问题进行系统分析和研究,以加强设备可靠性、简化生产流程、优化生产工艺为切入点进行合理的改造和实践,从而夯实了基础建设,提升了机械化、自动化水平,开发了智能化系统,进而为实现选煤优质高效、最终分步建设成智能化炼焦煤选煤厂奠定了基础。

       

      Abstract: A systematic analysis and study are made of the problems present in the plant′s raw coal pretreatment, heavy medium separation, flotation, press filtration, slurry water treatment and message network systems and process links, in a bid to further improve coal cleaning efficiency and curtail operating cost. Based on analysis, work is made on rational renovation and optimization of the above mentioned systems for improving reliability of equipment and simplification of processes. Through the optimization work, in addition to the availability of a sound infrastructure and intelligentized system, the mechanization and automation level has been much enhanced. This provides a basis for ultimately turning the plant step by step into an high-efficiency intelligent coking coal cleaning plant.
