    蠕动泵在提高浮选自动加药系统加药精确度中的试验及应用

    Experiment and application of peristaltic pump for enhancing precision of automatic flotation agent dosing system

    • 摘要: 为了解决浮选过程中人工加药的不准确性和不稳定性,研究提出采用蠕动泵为执行机构构建浮选自动加药系统,并进行试验探究其精度。经过大量的试验表明,在选择以200 mL为标准校准时,捕收剂的误差精度小于4%,起泡剂的误差精度小于1%。由此可见,蠕动泵是完全可以用于浮选自动加药系统的执行机构。

       

      Abstract: In view of the inaccuracy and instability of artificial agent dosing in flotation process, an automatic dosing system with peristaltic pump as actuating mechanism is developed, and its dosing accuracy is studied through test. Result of extensive tests shows that when standard calibration is made against 200 mL, the precision error of the system is less than 4% for dosing collector and smaller than 1% for dosing frother. As evidenced by test result, the peristaltic pump can successfully be used as the actuating mechanism of the automatic dosing system.
