    • 摘要: 选煤厂是流水线、连续生产型工厂,分选加工过程中的任一环节出现故障,都可能导致系统停止运行。对于4级分级入选的大型炼焦煤选煤厂,保证选煤连续生产尤为重要。田庄选煤厂基于分选加工关键过程进行冗余设计,采用备用系统、利用闲置设备(设施)、将在用设备(系统)以及单台(套)设备处理能力适当“放大”进行冗余设计,提高系统可靠性,为大型选煤厂优化选煤生产提供可借鉴的设计策略与实践经验。

       

      Abstract: As a coal preparation plant works with streamlined continuous production process, the failure of any link may cause breakdown of the overall plant system. For a large-sized coking plant working with 4 different cleaning systems, ensuring the uninterrupted plant operation is particulary important. The key cleaning systems and process equipment of Tianzhuang Coal Preparation Plant, including the stand-by, idle and operational systems and process equipment, and each or per set of equipment, are all of redundant design in capacity for ensuring their reliability. The design method and the practical experience may serve as a reference for optimum design of large-sized coal preparation plants.
