采用Design-Expert对浮选试验进行设计分析与优化

    Flotation experiment design, analysis and optimization using the software Design-Expert

    • 摘要: 为了高效准确地确定入料浓度、捕收剂用量、药剂比、充气量等因素对浮选试验的影响及各因素之间的交互作用,以浮选完善指标作为浮选的评定标准,采用Design-Expert 8.06软件对浮选试验进行方案设计和试验优化,得出了浮选完善指标与各因素之间的定量关系模型以及等高线图和三维关系图。结果表明:单因素对浮选完善指标影响的强弱顺序为:捕收剂用量> 入料浓度> 药剂比> 充气量;各参数存在交互作用且交互作用对浮选完善指标影响的强弱顺序为:入料浓度与药剂比> 入料浓度与捕收剂用量> 药剂比与捕收剂用量> 入料浓度与充气量> 药剂比与充气量> 捕收剂用量与充气量。在入料浓度为107.27 g-L,药剂比为10.63,捕收剂用量为2.11 kg-t、充气量为0.6 m3-h时,得到优化的浮选完善指标为57.39%。该结果与试验验证结果非常接近,证明了Design-Expert 8.06软件的可靠性。

       

      Abstract: In order to determine in a highly efficient and accurate manner the effect on flotation experiment produced by feed concentration, collector dosage, proportioning of reagents and aeration rate, as well as the interaction of these factors, the design and optimization of the flotation experiment scheme is made using Design-Expert 8.06 with the flotation perfection index (FPI) as the evaluation criterion. Following that, the model defining the quantitative relationship between FPI and each of the above-cited factors, as well as the coutour and 3-dimensional relationship diagrams are developed and derived. The result of investigation shows that: the intensity of the influence of each factor on FPI is in a descending order as follows: collector dosage > feed concentration > proportioning of reagents > aeration rate; the various factors are seen to interact with each other and can be arranged in a descending order according to their intensity of influence on FPI—feed concentration and proportioning of reagents > feed concentration and collector dosage > proportioning of reagents and collector dosage > feed concentration and aeration rate > proportioning of reagents and aeration rate > collector dosage and aeration rate; at a feed concentration of 107.27 g-L, a proportioning of reagents of 10.63, a collector dosage of 2.11 kg-t and an aeration rate of 0.6 m3-h, an optimized FPI of 57.39% is obtained. The result obtained is close to that verified through experiment, well demonstrating the reliability of the Design-Expert software.
