Abstract:
The paper starts with an introduction to the influence of tension of sieve plate of flip-flop screen on plate acceleration and the development of a simplified mechanical model of the plate. The plate is first tensioned to different levels using the tensioning device and then the acceleration of the plate in each case is measured with an accelerometer. Through analysis of the measured data, the law of the variation of plate acceleration is brought to light. This provides a reference for the proper use of the tensioning device and also a theoretical basis for the tensioning of the sieve plate.
