Abstract:
The HFVB1836 HIGH-frequency vibrating screen is excited using single-point hammering method and the data is collected for analysis. After recognition of the modal parameters using Polymax method, six orders of modal parameters are obtained. Experimental modal analysis shows that: there exist two orders of elastic modals near the working frequency of the screen, which may adversely affect the normal operation of the screen; and the screen′s side plates need to be optimized in design or have its dynamic parameters modified. The modal parameters obtained through experimental analysis are verified with the MAC values as the criteria. The verified result shows the modal experiment is relatively high in confidence.
