离心脱水机系统风流特性及其危害治理

    Air flow characteristics of the dewatering centrifuge and control of dust hazards

    • 摘要: 为解决离心脱水机系统粉尘的污染问题,构建以离心机为风源、以关联设备间连接为管道的通风网路系统,采用实测的方法对网路的风流特性、粉尘溢出影响因素进行了研究。研究结果表明:离心脱水机系统粉尘污染源于系统内粉尘溢出,粉尘溢出是因为大气通道的存在及系统内正向风压作用的结果,提出“前端分流、设挡风板、设抽风机”的粉尘联合治理措施,经实践检测取得了预期的效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of pollution caused by coal dust emitted from the centrifugal dewatering system, a ventilation network formed with centrifuge as the air source and its associated equipment as connection pipes. Then the airflow characteristics of the entire system and the factors attributing to the escape of coal dust are explored through field measurement and observation. Study result shows the pollution stems from the escape of coal dust from the system as a result of the presence of emission channels leading to atmosphere and the positive pressure inside the system. An integrated dust control scheme of making splitting of airflow at front end, and setting check plate and induced draft fan is proposed. Practice shows the adoption of the scheme has met with desired result.
