Abstract: The sine screen offers the special merits of being vibration-free in operation, compact in equipment layout, highly adaptable to variation of raw coal property and high in efficiency. A screening-crushing system is developed by combining the sine screen and the double-toothed-roll crusher for strict control of upper size limit of raw coal. The use of the system has tackled the problem of frequent blocking of the pipe connecting the first and second stages of the gravity-fed 3-product H. M. cyclone.
