    A study of the effect on fine coal flotation performance produced by different factors

    • 摘要: 以延安市禾草沟一矿5#原煤浮沉得到的低密度精煤和高密度泥质页岩为原料,制备出匀质精煤泥和高灰细泥的复配煤样,在适宜的药剂条件下,通过正交试验,研究了浮选入料灰分、矿浆浓度、搅拌转速以及充气量四个因素对浮选精煤高灰细泥夹带、可燃体回收率、浮选完善指标的影响。结果表明:搅拌转速和充气量对三个指标的影响均不显著;矿浆浓度对精煤高灰细泥夹带量和浮选完善指标影响显著;浮选入料灰分对于可燃体回收率和浮选完善指标影响显著。

       

      Abstract: The coal sample used for the test is of a composite sample consisting of homogeneous clean fine coal and high-ash fines.The composite sample is prepared with the low-density clean coal and high-density argillaceous shale as materials, which are obtained from the 5# raw coal produced by Hecaogou Coal Mine of Yan'an city after it undergoes through float-and-sink process.Orthogonal test is made under appropriate agent usage conditions, with an aim to explore the impact on entrainment of fine slime in concentrate, recovery of combustible matters and flotation perfection indices exerted by such factors as feed ash, pulp density, agitating speed and aeration quantity.Test result shows that:agitating speed and aeration quantity produce no significant influence on the above mentioned 3 indices; the pulp density has a noticeably great impact on proportion of high-ash fine slime entrained in concentrate; and, likewise, the ash of flotation feed imposes a significantly great influence on recovery of combustible matters and flotation perfection indices.
