    粗煤泥深度分选工艺的研究

    Study of coarse coal slime in-depth separation technology

    • 摘要: 焦煤、肥煤是钢铁冶炼用优质焦炭的主要原料,属于稀缺资源,但目前选煤厂主选大多采用高效重介质旋流器分选工艺,分选后中煤产品中的精煤资源难以进行有效的回收。通过分析开滦集团钱家营矿选煤厂的煤质特性,针对稀缺的煤炭资源中煤再选的可行性,实施适度破碎解离后进行精细化深度再选,一段采用三锥角水介旋流器进行分选,二段采用螺旋溜槽再次分选,二段分选产物进行磨矿后进行浮选试验,得到精煤产率为47.42%,灰分为11.5%,提高了精煤回收率。开发粗煤泥深度高效分选关键技术,对合理利用稀缺煤炭资源,提高企业经济效益,具有非常重要的意义。

       

      Abstract: Coking coal and fat coal are scarce coal resources which are main materials of quality coke for use in iron and steel making process.Nowadays, in most of the domestic coal preparation plants, the heavy medium separation process using high-efficiency H.M.cyclone as primary washing equipment is applied for separation of the coal.However, the process entails difficulties for effective recovery of the clean coal lost in middling product.As evidenced by analysis of the property of the coal treated by Qianjiaying Mine Coal Preparation Plant, it is feasible to recover the scarce sources through making fine and in-depth rewashing of the middling product after it undergoes appropriate liberation crushing process.The crushed middling is washed by 3-cone water-only cyclone in the first stage and retreated in spiral chute in the second stage.Flotation test made with the ground product of the second stage shows that the yield of concentrate is 47.42% with an ash of 11.5%, much increasing the recovery of clean coal.Development of the key technologies for in-depth and high- efficiency separation of coarse slime is vital significance for rational utilization of scarce coal resources and improvement of economic performance of enterprise.
