    Explanatory notes on publicity and implementation of the Standard GB/T35051—2018《Grade of Coal Preparation Plant Closed Washwater Circuit》

    • 摘要: 国家标准GB/T 35051—2018 《选煤厂洗水闭路循环等级》是在行业标准MT/T 810—1999《选煤厂洗水闭路循环等级》基础上重新制定的。根据当前国内外选煤厂煤泥水处理工艺和设备水平以及我国具有代表性的选煤厂的状况,新标准对等级的划分指标重新界定,选煤厂洗水闭路循环等级划分的主要技术指标有单位补充水量、洗水浓度、煤泥回收、缓冲水设施、年入选原料煤量达到设计能力的百分比。

       

      Abstract: The national standard GB/T 35051—2018 《Grade of Coal Preparation Plant Closed Washwater Circuit》is a revised and renewed version of the Standard MT/T 810—1999—a previously formulated trade standard of the same title.In line with the current level of coal slurry water treatment technology and process equipment applied in both domestic and overseas coal preparation plants, as well as the specific conditions of China's representative plants, the grading indicators are redefined in the amended standard.The technical criteria for deciding on the grade of the said circuit of a plant include unit make-up water quantity, washwater concentration (percent of solids content), slime recovery, availability of buffer water facilities, and amount of raw coal treated a year (percentage of designed capacity).
