    三种不同重介选工艺中煤磁尾的试验研究

    Study and analysis of the middling product magnetic tailings of three different heary medium separation processes

    • 摘要: 针对开滦煤质特性,以不脱泥三产品重介质旋流器分选工艺、脱泥两产品重介质旋流器分选工艺和脱泥三产品重介质旋流器分选工艺中煤磁选尾矿为研究对象,通过试验研究和方案优化,实施了粗煤泥精细化分选回收工艺,进一步提高了选煤厂经济效益和企业的竞争力。

       

      Abstract: In view of the property of the coal produced by the mines of Kailuan Group, 3 different heavy medium separation processes are applied:the process of treating undeslimed feed with 3-product H.M.cyclone; and the process of treating deslimed feed using 2-product H.M.cyclone.The middling product magnetic tailings (MPMT) produced in the 3 processes are respectively spectively taken as the object of study.Through experimental study and optimization of processing schemes, the coarse slime fine separation and recovery process is proposed.Application of the process has led to further improvement of economic performance and competitive edge of preparation plants involved.
