    超级无压给料三产品重介质旋流器的研究与应用

    R&D and application of the super gravity-fed 3-product heavy medium cyclone

    • 摘要: 介绍了S-3GHMC型超级无压给料重介质旋流器的工作原理和结构组成,阐述了该设备在确保高分选精度的前提下,大幅度提高处理能力和低分选下限的技术措施,并列举两座选煤厂使用S-3GHMC超级无压给料重介质旋流器而取得的工艺技术指标。

       

      Abstract: Following an introduction to the working principle and structural design of the S-3GHMC ultrahigh-capacity gravity-fed 3-product heavy medium cyclone, the paper goes to elaborate on the technical measures for allowing it to operate with a much larger capacity and a further lowered size limit of separation while still ensuring the cyclone's high separation sharpness.The technical performances of two plants obtained through the use of the S-3GHMC cyclone are cited for example.
