    TPS干扰床分选机精细分选超低灰纯煤关键技术研究与应用

    Study and application of the key fine separation technologies for producing ultralow-ash pure clean coal using 3-product teetered-bed separator(TPS)

    • 摘要: 围绕制约粗煤泥分选精度的关键技术问题,以太西洗煤厂1~0.25 mm粗煤泥为研究对象,通过建立高精度分级旋流器、TPS干扰床分选机联合生产工艺,采用TPS中煤返洗的新设备、新技术,优化三产品干扰床分选机结构和操作参数,实现粗煤泥分选灰分< 3.00%的超低灰纯煤生产的工业化应用,进一步拓宽了超低灰纯煤的生产粒级。

       

      Abstract: The study is made on the crucial technical bottlenecks that restrict the sharpness of separation of coarse coal slime, with the 1-0.25 mm size slime produced by Taixi Coal Preparation Plant as the object of study.Based on the study result, a combined separation process using high-precision classifying cyclone and TPS is adopted for fine separation of the slime.In this process, the middling product of TPS is sent back to the separator for secondary separation.because of the use of new equipment and new technology as well as the optimization of the structural and operating parameters of the 3-product TPS, a clean coal product with a ultralow ash of < 3.00% is produced.The successful industrial application of the technology shows the size range of separation of coarse slime can be further expanded.
