    Study and application of natural-ray passive ash monitor for ash control in coal blending system

    • 摘要: 阐述了在动态灰分配煤系统中应用天然射线灰分仪的意义、测量原理和功能,研究分析了天然射线灰分仪所适合的应用条件, 介绍了天然射线灰分仪与配煤集控系统间模拟量、OPC、CANOPEN三种信号传输方式的特点。天然射线灰分仪配煤应用实例表明:该灰分仪测量精度高,不使用放射源,安全可靠,满足了配煤系统控制灰分的应用要求,可作为构建智能化选配煤系统的重要组成基础。

       

      Abstract: Following an elaboration on the significance of using natural-ray ash monitor in the dynamic ash-based coal blending system, the paper presents an introduction to the working principle, functions and most suitable working condition of the monitor, as well as the features of analog outputting, OPC and CANOPEN—the 3 different modes for signal transmission between the monitor and centralized coal blending control system.Field application of the monitor shows that the monitor is safe and reliable in operation with a high measuring accuracy that can meet the requirement of control of ash in coal blending and there is no need for the use of radiation source.It proves to be an important integral part of an intelligent coal preparation plant.
