    孙村煤矿选煤厂煤泥水沉降特性研究

    Study on the sedimentation characteristics of slurry water at Suncun Coal Mine Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对孙村选煤厂煤泥水沉降效果不佳的状况,以粗中煤泥旋流器溢流煤泥水为研究对象,采用单因素试验方法探究了不同药剂种类、用量、药剂配比和粗颗粒对煤泥水沉降速度的影响,结果表明:氯化镁凝聚剂与现场用聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂联合使用,且药剂配比为4∶9、加药时间间隔为3 min时,煤泥水沉降效果最好,可实现煤泥水最优化处理。试验还表明,粗颗粒对煤泥水沉降效果基本没有影响,生产中不必考虑掺粗。

       

      Abstract: To tackle the problem regarding the unsatisfactory sedimentation effect of coal slurry water at Suncun Coal Preparation Plant, the overflow of the coarse-to-medium-grained slime H.M.cyclone is selected as the object of study.Based on the result of analysis of the slurry water property, the single-factor experiment method is used to explore the effect on slurry water settling rate produced by types, dosage, mixing ratio of agents, and addition of coarse particles.Test result shows that addition of coarse particles has basically no influence on settling rate of slime, and a best slime settling effect can be expected in the case of using coagulant magnesium chloride in combination with flocculant polyacrylamide with a ratio of 4∶9 and a dosing time interval of 3 minutes.
