    三产品重介质旋流器在田庄选煤厂分选末煤的实践

    Application of the 3-product heavy-medium cyclone for separation of small coal at Tianzhuang Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 田庄选煤厂将末煤系统两产品重介质旋流器换型为三产品重介质旋流器,用于末中煤再选,试生产期间通过调整三产品重介质旋流器溢流管直径尺寸,提高了分选精度,保证了精煤数质量,提高了中煤发热量。又通过优化介质净化回收系统,降低了末煤系统操作难度,并控制了介耗水平。

       

      Abstract: The 2-product H.M.cyclone originally used in Tianzhuang Plant's small coal cleaning system has been changed to a 3-product version for secondary cleaning of small coal middling product.Through readjustment of the size of the cyclone's vortex finder during the trial operation period, there have been seen an improved separation precision, increased calorific value of middling product, and improved clean coal quality and quantity indices.Furthermore, optimization of the medium purification-recovery system has led to lessening of difficulties in operation of small coal cleaning system and better control of medium consumption.
