    斜沟煤矿选煤厂智能压滤系统的研究与应用

    Study and application of the intelligent filter pressing system at Xiegou Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决斜沟煤矿选煤厂压滤系统人员需求量大、工作强度高、经验依赖性强、系统工效低的问题,提出了选煤厂压滤系统智能化统筹控制管理方式。根据采集设备实时运行参数,结合大数据分析及软件后台算法,实现系统内多台压滤机统筹管控。压滤系统智能化升级后,实现了系统自动补料、自动判断进料结束、自动排队卸料的功能,做到统筹管控,减少了车间人员需求,摆脱了人为因素的影响,降低了岗位劳动强度,提高了压滤系统整体工作效率。

       

      Abstract: The filter pressing system of Xiegou Plant has a high labor demand.The work is done by labor-intensive operators mainly by relying on experience gained through practice.To tackle this problem, an intelligent operating mode is proposed for the integrated control and management of the system.Through adoption of this mode, the overall control and management of the operation of a number of filter presses can be effected through collecting the real-time operating parameters, analysis of collected data and background software algorithm.Intelligent upgrading of the system makes it possible to operate under coordinated control and management thanks to availability of the following functions:automatic supplying feed to filter presses, and making automatic judgement of the need for ending the feed supply.Application of this mode has led to decreased manpower requirements, elimination of the influence of artificial factors, reduced labor intensity and improved overall efficiency of entire system.
