    Design and application of the intelligent coal preparation plant equipment patrol inspection and management system

    • 摘要: 针对煤炭行业选煤厂设备的多样性、复杂性和安全巡查管理工作中容易出现的问题和弊端,采用动态二维码技术和无线室内定位技术, 研制成功了选煤厂智能巡检系统。该系统具有红外测温、测震、拍照、视频、录音和智能巡检等功能,通过定制巡检标准和实时采集巡检点周围设备的物联网数据,将模拟量、数字量、观察类等信息自动处理和采集,通过手机APP上传后台,实时定位(10 cm)巡检人员轨迹。通过自由巡检、领导巡岗、日常巡检等模式组合,发现设备缺陷,启动维修流程审批,形成闭环管理,提高了安全巡检工作的质量和管理水平,实现了管理模式由“专岗、专技、专人”到“无人值守、专人巡视”的转变。

       

      Abstract: Because of the diversity and complexity of coal preparation equipment, troubles are likely to pop up or encountered in doing routine equipment safe operation patrol inspection work due to deficiencies of the work.In order to address the problems, the intelligent coal plant equipment patrol inspection system with the use of dynamic two-dimensional barcode and wireless indoor positioning techniques is successfully developed.The system can perform infrared temperature measuring, vibration sensing, picture taking, video display, recording and intelligent patrol inspection functions.By following the custom standard and through real-time collection of the IoT data of the equipment around the inspection points, the analog and digital quantities and observed information can be automatically processed and collected and then transmitted to the background computer via mobile phone APP, for timing personnel positioning (error:10 cm), Through practice of the integrated free inspection, leaders' inspection and routine inspection mode, once malfunction of equipment, if any, is found, the examination and approval proceduros for equipment repair/maintenance flowsheet are started, forming in this case a closed-loop management environment.Application of the intelligent system has led to improvement of inspection work and management level, and enables the inspection work to shift from the mode of setting up special work posts for doing inspection work with specialized personnel to the mode of making patrol inspection with specially-assigned personnel with no body on point duty.
