    智能化选煤厂关键技术及其装备在高庄煤业有限公司选煤厂的应用研究

    Study and application of the key technologies and process equipment of an intelligentized coal preparation plant in the plant of Gaozhuang Coal Company

    • 摘要: 高庄煤业有限公司选煤厂结合本厂自动化建设现状,以“降低职工劳动强度,提高洗选效率”为工作目标,以选煤厂生产过程中遇到的突出的且没有硬件障碍的问题作为改造切入点,从自动化、信息化两方面建设入手,分单元、分系统的逐步实现选煤生产过程控制所需要的智能化功能,提高设备的单机智能化水平,消除设备之间的信息通讯和控制“孤岛”,实现各控制单元、子系统的对接整合,顺利完成选煤生产过程中的检测数据化、管理信息化、控制智能化。

       

      Abstract: In line with the present status of Gaozhuang Mining Group's coal preparation plant in the drive for automation development, and in a bid to reach the goal of lessening labor intensity and improving coal cleaning efficiency, effort is made on the renovation of the plant starting from the process links that present no hardware troubles yet where long-standing problems are frequently encountered during operation, proceeding from automation and intelligentization perspectives.It is intended to :gradually provide unit by unit and system by system intelligentized functions needed for effecting process control; enhance intelligent level of individual equipment; eliminate the "isolated islands" between equipment that have no access to information communication and fail to be brought under control; and realize interconnection and integration of various control units and subsystems, so as to finally allow the plant to operate in a data-based testing and measuring mode under informationized management and intelligent control.
