    吕家坨选煤厂重介质分选密度控制系统改进探索研究

    Improvement of the medium density control system of Lyujiatuo Coal Preparation Plant heavy medium separation process

    • 摘要: 针对吕家坨选煤厂重介质分选密度控制系统存在的控制方式不合理、密度调整缓慢、设备老化、控制精度低、相关数据无法归档化管理等问题进行分析, 对当前选煤厂主要使用的两种密度计分析优缺点并选取旋流器系统进行工业对比试验,并根据现场煤质及设备运行情况对密度控制方式逐步进行优化,提高了精煤合格率和产率,实现了数据的归档化管理,使选煤厂的技术水平和管理水平均得到提升。

       

      Abstract: An analysis is made of the problems encountered in operation of the density control system of Lyujiatuo Coal Preparation Plant's heavy medium separation process, which include irrational control mode, slowness in making medium density readjustment, low control accuracy, ageing of equipment, and inability to keep management of process control data.Based on analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the 2 kinds of density meters in current use, the plant's heavy medium cyclone system is selected of making comparative industrial test.Through step-by-step optimization of the medium density control mode in line with the coal property and operating conditions of equipment, the qualified rate and yield of clean coal is significantly increased and the archiving management of control data is realized, making it possible for the plant to enhance its technical and management levels.
