    Study of the technology for online monitoring of a multiple of pulp property-related parameters of fine coal flotation system

    • 摘要: 当前浮选矿浆系统的稳定性是制约大多数选矿厂正常运行的瓶颈之一,矿浆系统运行的好坏是评价选矿厂生产运行状态的关键技术指标,直接影响到选矿厂破碎和磨矿作业,药剂制度以及回水循环利用。实际生产中,由于无法及时掌握矿浆性质的实时变化,使得对生产参数调整滞后。因此,矿浆系统多参数在线监测是实现选矿厂自动化生产,提高分选效率,降低药剂消耗,保证产品质量的重要举措,并为选矿各作业环节提供及时可靠的生产数据,以保证生产的正常进行。

       

      Abstract: Nowadays, the stability of pulp system is one of the bottlenecks restricting the normal operation of the majority of the coal cleaning plants, and the operation performance of the pulp system is a key technical indicator to make assessment of the operation state of a flotation system as it exerts a direct impact on the crushing and grinding processes, reagent regime and circulation of process water for reuse. However, in practical flotation operation, the adjustment of flotation parameters is often delayed due to inability to timely detect the real-time variation of pulp property. Therefore, to realize online monitoring of multiple parameters of slurry system is an important approach for enabling the flotation system to operate in an automated manner with an improved efficiency, reduced agent consumption and a guaranteed product quality, and for providing timely and reliable production data for various process links for ensuring normal operation of overall plant.
